The SALA-MANCA GROUP  is a group of  independent Jerusalem-based artist that creates in different fields: performance, video, installation and new media since 2000. Sala-manca´s works deal with poetics of translation (cultural, mediatic and social), with textual, urban and net contexts and with the tensions between low tech and high tech aesthetics, as well as social and political issues. The SALAMANCA GROUP is Lea Mauas and Diego Rotman, artist born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, who live and work in Jerusalem.

Florian Roithmayr


Florian Roithmayr (born 1976, Germany)  lives and works in London. He recently has had solo exhibitions at MOT International London, Galerie Neue Alte Brücke in Frankfurt and Treignac Projet, France. Previous presentations have included Carl Freedman Gallery, Vilma Gold, The Approach, and V22 in London; S1 Artspace, Sheffield; Grazer Kunstverein, Graz; Galeria d’Arte Moderna, Turin; Galerija Miroslav Kraljevich, Zagreb; New Contemporaries and Liverpool Biennial. Florian Roithmayr is represented by MOTInternational in London and Neue Alte Brücke in Frankfurt.

Emilia Pöyhönen

Emilia Pöyhönen is a Helsinki-born (1982) playwright and dramaturg. Her plays have been staged among others in Finnish National Theater and Tampere Työväen Theater. At the moment Pöyhönen works as writer-in-residence in Kotka City Theater. She has also worked as dramaturg in Yleisradio Finnish Broadcasting Companys Radio Theater, and KOMteksti text laboratory for new drama in KOM-theater, Helsinki. Pöyhönen has studied stage writing and dramaturgy in Theatre Academy of Finland, Degree Programme of Dramaturgy, and in Hochschule für Schauspielkunst Ernst Busch, Berlin, Germany. She has also studied sociology in University of Helsinki. Pöyhönen lives and works in Helsinki.
