Nanna Neudeck (born in 1983 in Vienna) studied Product Design at Kingston University (BA.Hons) in London and Fine Art Photography. In 2011, she graduated from Central Saint Martin’s School of Art and Design in London, with a Master’s Degree (with distinction) in “Performance Design and Practice”. Since finishing her B.A., she has worked as a scenographer in more than 20 Film and TV productions and was, for example, the set dresser for David Cronenberg’s film, “A Dangerous Method”. In theatre, she has assisted at the Thalia Theater/ Hamburg and the Schauspielhaus/ Vienna and has worked as a member of Christoph Schlingensief’s stage design team for more than two years. Nanna is a founding member of Makemake Produktionen, a theatre company based in Vienna, for whom she works as a stage designer. Nanna Neudeck has held lectures and workshops at the Akademie der Bildenden Kuenste in Vienna and at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in London and is currently (Oct. 2013- July 2014) a resident at Ashkal Alwan’s Home Works Program in Beirut, Lebanon.
