Annabel von Berlichingen


Annabel von Berlichingen (D) is a stage and costume designer. Born in Stuttgart, she lives in Plauen. She studied stage and costume design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart. Her professors were Jürgen Rose and Rosalie. She worked as assistant at many theatres, e.g. the Bolshoi Theater Moscow, the Staatstheater Stuttgart, the Volksoper Wien, the Nationaltheater Mannheim. In
2004, she was part of the team of foyer program WOHNCLUB at Ruhrfestspiele Recklinghausen. From 2005-2007, she worked as a freelancer at Theater Plauen-Zwickau. From 2007-2009, she was chief scenographer at the Theater Plauen-Zwickau
. In 2010, she organized the festival Kunst auf der Tenne (concerts and exhibition) in Schöntal. From 2009 until now, she has worked as a freelancer. At the moment, she is working on Bezahlt wird nicht, written by Dario Fo. Opening at March 30, 2013 at Eduard-von-Winterstein-Theater in Annaberg-Buchholz. She has been a Member of the Board of Bund der Szenografen since September 2013.
