Henriette Slorer Jacobsen


Henriette Slorer Jacobsen (born 1972, Norway), dancer and dance teacher in Norwegian Theatre Academy at Østfold University College. She has been doing her own projects in collaboration with artists such as Håkon Austbø. She has also gained experience working as an actor.
In 2003/04 she worked as Carte Blanche’s (The Norwegian National Company of Contemporary Dance) rehearsal director. With Carte Blanche Henriette has performed in pieces by Jo Strømgren, Örjan Andersson, Itzik Galili and Ingun Bjørnsgaard.

In 2002 she received the Norwegian critics’ society’s award for best dance performance for her contribution in Amanda Miller’s “Pretty Ugly”. In May 2007, she received the Carte Blanche friend society’s award.
